Exclusions

The following items are not included in this quotation unless specifically stated above:

  • Party wall agreements and surveyor fees
  • Planning and Building Control application fees
  • Structural engineer calculations and reports
  • Kitchen and bathroom unit supply (fit only included unless specified)
  • Decoration to existing rooms beyond the scope of new works
  • Furniture removal or storage
  • Utility company connection charges (gas, electric, water)
  • Any works not specifically described in this quotation

Terms & Conditions

1. This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date shown above. 2. A deposit of 10% is required upon acceptance to secure the start date. 3. Stage payments will be invoiced as works progress, payable within 7 days of invoice. 4. Any variations to the agreed scope of works will be priced separately and agreed in writing before commencement. 5. All works will be carried out in accordance with current Building Regulations and relevant British Standards. 6. The contractor will maintain public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance throughout the project. 7. A practical completion inspection will be carried out jointly. Any snagging items will be rectified within 14 days. 8. Unforeseen works (e.g. structural issues, asbestos, contaminated ground) are excluded and will be quoted separately if encountered.
